With 40+ years in the food service industry, the Gilberts have consistently provided great food with an energy all their own. They bring this talent to Fort Lauderdale, providing customers with a simple menu and concept in a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The Gilberts got their start in the Catskill Mountains in New York, where they met and moved to Rockland County to start a family and create a following with a large scale five star catering facility.

With the kids grown and out of the house, the Gilberts looked to relocate to a warmer climate. For 6 years, they ran the Kansas City Steak House in Davie, FL, which received rave reviews and a regular clientele. You couldn’t beat the great steaks, prime rib, burgers, ribs and great one-on-one service.

The Gilberts passion is simple, serving the individual customer and making them happy. The Gilberts treat their customers like family and are more than willing to provide you the best food and service. They understand what it is to be a customer, giving them the insight to keep bringing you back to their “home”.
